Description: Darnley's Spiced Gin is honouring the Wemyss family's spirit of adventure, we wanted to explore a range of warming botanicals found as far afield as Africa, Morocco and China. We selected ten that would give the desired depth of flavour to create a contemporary gin that is full and rounded. After picking copious amounts to dry out and then test in the stills, we knew we wanted to create a light, floral, citrus flavoured gin in the London Dry Style which honours our distillers past.
