1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Malaysia Online Banking and DuitNow. You can scan the QR code upon checking out to make payment.
2. How long will delivery take?
For normal delivery within Klang Valley, it will take delivery 2 - 5 working days.
We only deliver to Klang Valley at the moment.
3. Do I need an account to place an order?

Absolutely! Sip Club members earn points with every sip-tastic purchase, redeemable for cash discounts or fabulous products at checkout.

5. How can I track my order?
Click on the orders history and select tracking number to view the status of your order once you successfully logged in. Every order will have a unique order number for you to keep track when you completed the online checkout and payment process.
6. What are the product refund conditions?
All items sold are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable.
7. Will my order be processed during the weekend and public holidays?
Your weekend orders will be processed right on the first working day and delivery will start from then on. The same thing goes on for public holidays.
8. What are the delivery fees?
Orders worth RM500 and above are entitled to FREE delivery.
Otherwise, we’ve got a flat rate of RM30 per delivery across Klang Valley using our Standard Delivery (2 - 5 working days).
9. Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, you can! All you have to do is provide the alternative address during checkout.

12. How do I redeem my membership points?
Simple as a sip! Login to your Sip Club membership account
Go to 'My Account' > 'Vouchers'
Click 'Shop Vouchers' to select vouchers that you would like to redeem. Once redeemed, the voucher will appear in 'Active Vouchers'
Continue shopping. For product redemption, you may add the product into your cart.
While checking out your cart, select the vouchers that you would like to apply for the purchase.
13. How do I redeem product with points?
Go to 'My Account' > 'Vouchers'
Click 'Shop Vouchers' to select vouchers that you would like to redeem. Once redeemed, the voucher will appear in 'Active Vouchers'
For product redemption, you need to add the product into your cart.
While checking out your cart, select the vouchers that you would like to apply for the purchase.
Note: Product redemption has to be made along with product purchase.
14. What happens if my product is not available?
In any case when the product is not available due to unforeseen circumstances (which we are sorry if it ever happens), we will recommend similar product as replacement, or refund as credit to your account.
15. Why is the product packaging received different from website?
We will ship the latest product packaging on hand to you, it may be slight different in packaging due to changed or updated bottle design from manufacturer.
16. Is there any birthday promotion?
Yes! Make sure you update your birthday information in your profile, and you will receive birthday vouchers to celebrate!
